Teaching Assistant Program

Being a member of the LIT Team elevates students as they become role models, helps them gain valuable leadership experience, and prepares them for future paid studio opportunities. 

Apprentices (Ages 12-15):

• Assists teachers in classroom management
• Prepares supplies and materials for classes
• Helps students with off-the-bench activities

Paid Assistants (Ages 16+):

• Supports students one-on-one when necessary
• Demonstrates in front of class
• Leads class in games and off-the-bench activities
• Helps with various tasks at studio events
